Return Process

Securely pack your iKKO device in its original retail box, including all accessories, cables, and ear tips to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package to our designated inspection center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
